Scuba diving
The submarine depths of The Azores are composed by formations of basaltic rocks, caves and plains of sand. Each caves or rocks can be the habitat of a great variety of small marine animals as eels, octopuses, lobsters, poliquetos tubícolas, sea urchins and spiders of sea. During the night dips, fascinate the dazzling colors of the immense banks of shrimps; as well as for the nudibranquios, anemones like Alicia mirabilis and, depending of the epoch of the year, also the twinkle bioluminiscente of the plankton (provoking the shining of the ocean).
