How to get there.

The most usual way to arrive to Terceira is by air. There are daily connections from and to Lisbon. The estimated time flight is approximately of two hours and a half. There are also connections with the United States and Canada. For last, the regional SATA-air makes daily flights with all the islands (with an estimated time of 40 minutes from Sao Miguel and Faial).

During the months of May and Octuber the maritime passenger transportation may also be used.

Ones in the island, renting a car, using the service of taxi or travel in the public transportation that joins the main localities of this island can be used.
