Horta

Horta has a famous sports port. The nice blue rollers and heights of wood in golden bread, are a part of its picturesque attraction, and decorate the churches - of the XVIIth century and XVIII-, of São Salvador, Nossa Senhora do Carmo and São Francisco. Other places of interest are: The museum of Sacra Art, the Church of Nossa Senhora das Angústias, the Nossa Senhora do Pilar Chappell, the fortifications of Dos Nobres Empire and Pim Port, Caldeira Capelihos Natural Reserve, caves in the Feteria Coast and the sight of Mondte da Guía.
